To continue enjoying the activities we love, our bodies must be able move freely and functionally as we navigate our daily lives. However, past injuries, tension or general aging can lead to restricted range of motion, stiffness and oftentimes pain. Not doing the things we love can have an impact on our mental health as well.
Yamuna® Bodywork provides us with the tools to maintain our body sustainability with easy-to-do exercises you can do anytime and anywhere. By utilizing specialized balls of varying sizes and densities, we can target areas of tension, receive immediate feedback, and learn how to passively release these limitations.

Body sustainability through Yamuna body rolling, Yoga and Barre are just some of the tools Tracey uses to help her clients.
